Scala is not always connected to the internet, but is activated by saying “Ok Scala”, only after its activation does it connect to the internet and start listening.

The data collected by Scala and its satellites are processed and displayed in the Scale section on the Joule app. You can assign a name to both your Scala and the satellites you have installed.
In the app you can see electricity consumption data, current data on environmental comfort or historical data. In this way, you can get a complete overview of your home or office. In addition to data control, the Scala app allows you to set notification thresholds to be promptly notified when the satellites record electricity consumption above the set threshold.
The Satellites
The faithful helpers of Scala for the control of electricity consumption.
Scala Satellites are connected to appliances, then to the domestic electrical outlet. They collect data on the electrical consumption of the appliance connected to them and send the data to Scala. Through vocal interaction with Scala and thanks to the Joule app, it is possible to consult and monitor the consumption data collected.
Inside the app you can assign a name to each satellite in order to remember where it was positioned or which appliance controls. For example, if you connect a satellite to the refrigerator, on the app you can indicate the name “Fridge”. Scala is sold with two satellites, but you can connect as many as you want.
