Our systems for managing and upgrading

Over 200 plants managed (2017 data)

Redevelopment of summer and winter air-conditioning systems, investments exceeding € / year 500,000 for 50 average annual sites (average 2013/2017)

Extraordinary maintenance for maintaining the efficiency of the plants under management for over
€/year 260,000 (average data for 2013/2017)

R&D investments in the areas of technical/operational management, and specialization in technological systems RES (Removable Energy Sources)

  • Heating/cooling systems with geothermal generators technology with vertical probes

  • Heating/cooling systems and domestic hot water production with heat pump generator technology

  • Domestic hot water production plants and heating aid with solar thermal system technology

  • Heating systems with biomass generator technology

  • Heating and electricity production systems for generators in micro-cogeneration

  • Heating systems and domestic hot water production for district heating

Type of installed and managed RES plants

The Joule plant management customer base currently consists of about 5 large operators, 80 condominium administrators 300 private customers, about 25.000 people living in over 10.600 users.

Joule addresses the digital and technological evolutions to improve the environmental comfort of people about their daily needs by combining modern types of systems with monitoring and control systems suited to the characteristics of the building envelope and the intended use.
